These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by vetjili, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, fishing games, sports betting, cricket betting, and all associated account, payment, and bonus services. Providing false information at the point of registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. vetjili employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. General bonus terms that apply to all vetjili promotions unless otherwise stated:

As a registered player on the vetjili platform, you agree to use the services in a lawful, responsible, and fair manner at all times. The following obligations apply to your account and all activity conducted through it:

• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any security credentials confidential. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vetjili reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or periods of unavailability. vetjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, connection failures, or delays caused by factors outside our direct control, including but not limited to mobile network outages, payment provider system issues, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, vetjili's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vetjili expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by a certified random number generator, which are independently audited and outside vetjili's control.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account arising from the player's own failure to maintain credential security.

• Third-party payment provider delays, failures, or errors that affect the timing of deposit credits or withdrawal receipts.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vetjili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by vetjili's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
